Young Pham

Young has been providing strategy for digital delivery for over 25 years, specifically with a focus in financial services. He's previously led digital product teams at Chase and also co-founded separate venture back startups in mortgage and investing. At CI&T, Young is responsible for helping clients create digital distribution strategies, customer experience and product strategies for clients such as Wells Fargo, BlackRock, Invesco and Chase. Most recently, he's been advocating for how AI will transform the financial services industry while also creating greater accessibility to banking for all consumers.
