Robin Clayton

Robin Clayton is Head of Product Strategy, Mortgage Data Solutions at Cotality.  Her mission is to help IMBs, brokers, banks, and credit unions use the market’s best data to get a higher volume of loans.

Cotality already powers the nation's lenders with best-in-class property data, AVM intelligence, and homeowner insights. Robin's focus is the next frontier: expanding that reach to all types of mortgage professionals, where relationship-driven loan officers are hungry for tools that help them stay connected to past clients and win new business. She is the bridge between Cotality's fiduciary grade data and the changing needs of the mass market.

At this year's Innovation Challenge Showcase, Robin is presenting OneHomeowner - Cotality's homeowner intelligence platform that keeps a lender's brand in front of a borrower between transactions, surfaces equity and market signals at the right moment, and gives loan officers a reason to stay in touch.

Robin spent 20+ years inside mortgage lending (Countrywide, Bank of America, and a variety of banks, consumer direct, and boutique lenders) before crossing to the product side.  Most recently, she was the Director of Performance Marketing at PRMG, building and managing an expansive list of technology platforms and vendor relationships. Her superpower is that she knows what loan officers need to get their job done, and why consumers decide to move forward (or cancel) their mortgage transaction.

A two-time HousingWire award winner (2023 Women of Influence, 2024 Marketing Leader) and former Innovation Challenge judge at DIGMO in 2023 and 2024, Robin is a renowned public speaker and thought leader for all mortgage technology.

Outside of work, Robin lives on a 10-acre farm in Temecula, California, where she manages an expansive garden of vegetables, trees, and roses, and what some might call an “excessive amount” of houseplants.
