Blake Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of haven.tech, where he leads Commerce across the Haven Affiliate Network, affiliate partnerships, and commercial execution with the brands and servicing partners the platform serves. He owns the customer and partner surfaces where haven.tech turns cross-sell and recapture from a spreadsheet exercise into a repeatable revenue engine for lenders and sub-servicers.

Blake works directly with mortgage brands, sub-servicers, and Network partners to structure and close the commercial relationships that put haven.tech’s Portal, Wallet, and Network into production. He owns the growth of the affiliate roster, the economics of every partner deal, and the operating cadence that makes the Network reliable enough for regulated servicing partners to stand behind. He also leads the customer-success motion, from onboarding through quarterly business reviews, so the brands on the platform see the recapture, cross-sell, and servicing efficiencies show up in the numbers.

Before haven.tech, Blake built and ran commercial and operations teams in consumer fintech and marketplace businesses, with a track record of turning early product traction into scaled distribution.

At Digital Mortgage 2026, Blake will co-present with Jonathan on the Haven Affiliate Network, walking the audience through the live affiliate roster, the cross-sell economics a brand can expect, and the operating model that makes the Network dependable for both the brand and its homeowners. He will focus on the commercial mechanics: how a brand plugs into the Network, what the revenue share looks like, how quickly a brand can be live under its own portal, and how the flagship Portal option pays for itself out of Network cross-sell revenue for brands without their own portal today.

Jonathan Chao is the founder and CEO of haven.tech, the network technology company that turns the servicing relationship into a customer-for-life one for mortgage brands and their servicing partners. He founded the company in 2020 on the belief that the servicing seat is the most valuable, longest-lived, and most under-monetized customer relationship in consumer finance, and that the industry has treated it as a cost center for thirty years.

Under his leadership, haven.tech has built a Portal, Wallet, and Network platform that embeds into any servicing stack, powers homeowner experiences under the brand’s own identity, and turns cross-sell, recapture, and retention into a new profit center for lenders and sub-servicers. The platform serves millions of homeowners across dozens of brands, either directly or through sub-servicer relationships. haven.tech was named PropTech’s Digital Mortgage Innovation of the Year in 2024 and a HousingWire Tech100 honoree in 2023 and 2024.

Jonathan is a product and technology operator by background, with prior work spanning consumer fintech, marketplace, and infrastructure companies. He is backed by leading proptech, fintech, and consumer investors, and by operators from Credit Karma, Plaid, and Opendoor. He speaks and writes on the future of the homeowner relationship, the economics of the servicing seat, and how mid-market lenders and sub-servicers can compete with the consolidation wave without a bet-the-company acquisition.

At Digital Mortgage 2026, Jonathan is announcing the company’s rebrand from Haven Servicing to haven.tech and demonstrating the Haven Affiliate Network, the cross-sell and recapture engine that pays a brand for every homeowner outcome the Network delivers. His demo will walk through how the Portal, Wallet, and Network come together to unlock loyalty, recapture, and cross-sell for mortgage brands and their servicing partners, and how brands without their own portal can adopt haven.tech’s flagship Portal and see the Network revenue pay for it and then some.

Andy Rupert leads Mortgage & Lending Partnerships at Automat, where he works with mortgage lenders to automate document processing and operational workflows using AI agents that operate directly inside the systems they already use, including Encompass, legacy applications, and third-party portals that lack APIs.

He partners with lenders across origination, secondary markets, and servicing to identify high-impact operational workflows and bring them into production. His focus is thedocument-intensive, cross-system work that has traditionally required manual effort—from loan setup and underwriting support to investor delivery, post-close quality control, and servicing operations. By automating those workflows, Automat helps lenders increase throughput, improve quality, and scale operations without adding headcount.

Lucas Ochoa is the Founder and CEO of Automat, where he’s spent the last three years putting AI agents to work inside real loan operations. Rather than asking lenders to rip out their LOS or wait on an integration roadmap, Automat’s agents log into Encompass and investor portals with credentials and do the work a processor does. Industry leading lenders run them today across file setup, document validation, initial disclosures, and post-close QC, from end to end.

With his background building robots and human-machine interaction at Google’s Everyday Robots and Creative Lab, and at Microsoft, he’s building Automat on a clear vision: an agent that sees and operates a screen the way a person does will reach further into a lender’s stack like an actual teammate.
