Before UiPath, he spent over a decade building consumer and enterprise products at Microsoft, including Microsoft Teams, which he helped scale to hundreds of millions of users. Cheng Lo is the Chief Operating Officer of LoNav Solutions and an accomplished business strategist, technology leader, full-stack developer, and engineer with more than 24 years of professional experience.
Throughout his career, Cheng has helped organizations unlock business value by aligning product strategy, operating processes, data management, and technology. His experience spans digital product development and management, business process improvement, large-scale transformation, DevOps and Agile delivery, cloud architecture, data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise systems integration.
Cheng brings an unusually broad perspective to software product development. His background includes financial-technology SaaS solutions, custom business applications, cloud infrastructure, PostgreSQL and enterprise databases, and full-stack development using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React, Java, and Python. Before expanding deeply into software and digital transformation, he built extensive expertise as a mechanical engineer and product lifecycle management architect across manufacturing, aerospace and defense, medical devices, semiconductors, and other complex engineering environments.
At LoNav Solutions, Cheng helps translate the company’s mortgage-industry vision into an executable product and operating strategy. LoNav is a modular Mortgage Management Platform designed to connect borrower engagement, CRM, application, qualification, disclosures, processing, underwriting, and closing workflows on one data spine. Its four modules—TITAN, KLARA, NAVI, and ATLAS—can operate independently or together as a connected platform.
Cheng’s combination of business transformation, engineering discipline, software architecture, and hands-on product development helps LoNav approach mortgage technology as an integrated operating system rather than another disconnected point solution. He supports a product philosophy in which compliance is built into the workflow and AI-assisted outputs remain transparent, reviewable, and subject to human decision-making.
Brandon Olson is a mortgage loan officer and the founder of LoNav Solutions, a mortgage technology company building a more connected approach to mortgage management and origination.
Since entering mortgage lending in 2015, Brandon has worked directly with borrowers and real estate professionals while building and managing a growing mortgage team. Like many originators, he invested heavily in technology intended to improve lead conversion, communication, team productivity, and the borrower experience. Instead, he repeatedly encountered disconnected point solutions—each with its own login, its own copy of the borrower record, and its own vendor-approval and compliance burden.
That frustration led Brandon to develop Lo-Net, originally conceived as a video-based borrower connection and prequalification experience. The concept expanded into a lightweight mortgage CRM and ultimately evolved into LoNav Solutions.
LoNav is not simply another CRM or business-development tool. It is a modular Mortgage Management Platform designed to connect the people, processes, communication, and technology of a mortgage transaction on one data spine. Its four modules—TITAN, KLARA, NAVI, and ATLAS—are being developed to support the mortgage organization from borrower engagement, CRM, and application through qualification, disclosures, processing, underwriting, and closing. Each module can operate independently or as part of the complete platform.
Two principles guide the product: compliance is the frame, not an add-on, and AI drafts while humans decide. LoNav’s AI-assisted workflows are designed to remain transparent, reviewable, and controlled by mortgage professionals. Brandon brings a practitioner’s perspective to mortgage technology, building from firsthand experience originating loans, leading a team, navigating compliance, and working through the technology gaps mortgage professionals face every day.
