Mario Palarca, Senior Director of Product Management at Iron Mountain, has over 20 years of experience in product strategy across banking, financial services, and lending. He develops transformative products to help organizations digitize and leverage their data, leading teams to launch solutions on Iron Mountain’s InSight Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This platform uses AI for content classification and enrichment and agentic automation, providing actionable insights from unstructured data and offering a “single pane” of glass for physical and digital assets.

Before Iron Mountain, Mario held leadership roles at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, where he modernized operations using technologies like Business Process Management Systems, AI/ML, Natural Language Generation, and Optical Character Recognition.

He holds a BBA from James Madison University, an MBA from George Mason University, and completed an executive leadership program at MIT Sloan. He is SAFE PO/PM, Prosci PMP and RMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Mario lives in Fairfax, VA, with his wife Beth and two children, Molly and Allie.

Jack Cavanagh is the Senior Vice President of Onity Group Inc. (NYSE: ONIT), where he leads Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Science. Since joining the company Jack has helped to transform Onity into a data-first, AI-powered mortgage leader by integrating machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation to drive financial forecasting, streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve borrower experiences.

With a career spanning over 20 years in financial services and analytics, Jack has held senior roles at major financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds, and Caliber Home Loans. At each stop, he has been known for bridging the gap between business strategy, finance, and advanced analytics. Through this experience he has developed into a cross-functional innovator, fluent in the languages of data science, finance, and mortgage banking.

Jack is also a recognized thought leader in the mortgage industry. He frequently speaks at industry events and contributes to discussions on the future of analytics and AI and its impact on lending, automation, and the customer experience.

Jack earned his MBA from Georgia Tech and his undergraduate degree from Providence College. He lives with his wife Mabel and their three children in the Dallas metro area.

Paul Orlando, Chief Strategy Officer at Lender Price, brings 38 years of mortgage and financial services experience, focusing on leading several different technology initiatives and playing a key role in overseeing areas such as corporate strategy, product innovation, and process enhancements for the company.

Previously, he spent over 20 years at Flagstar Bank, serving as SVP of Development and later CIO of Mortgage Lending. He also held CIO roles at Home Point Financial and UWM, where he managed technology infrastructure and stabilized mortgage systems.
