Blake Clark

Blake Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of haven.tech, where he leads Commerce across the Haven Affiliate Network, affiliate partnerships, and commercial execution with the brands and servicing partners the platform serves. He owns the customer and partner surfaces where haven.tech turns cross-sell and recapture from a spreadsheet exercise into a repeatable revenue engine for lenders and sub-servicers.

Blake works directly with mortgage brands, sub-servicers, and Network partners to structure and close the commercial relationships that put haven.tech’s Portal, Wallet, and Network into production. He owns the growth of the affiliate roster, the economics of every partner deal, and the operating cadence that makes the Network reliable enough for regulated servicing partners to stand behind. He also leads the customer-success motion, from onboarding through quarterly business reviews, so the brands on the platform see the recapture, cross-sell, and servicing efficiencies show up in the numbers.

Before haven.tech, Blake built and ran commercial and operations teams in consumer fintech and marketplace businesses, with a track record of turning early product traction into scaled distribution.

At Digital Mortgage 2026, Blake will co-present with Jonathan on the Haven Affiliate Network, walking the audience through the live affiliate roster, the cross-sell economics a brand can expect, and the operating model that makes the Network dependable for both the brand and its homeowners. He will focus on the commercial mechanics: how a brand plugs into the Network, what the revenue share looks like, how quickly a brand can be live under its own portal, and how the flagship Portal option pays for itself out of Network cross-sell revenue for brands without their own portal today.
