Authentive
José Chiarino is Co-Founder and CTO of Authentive, where he leads the engineering behind the platform’s browser agents — software that logs into payroll, banking, and IRS systems on a borrower’s behalf and collects source documents without a single manual upload.
He came to Authentive from Airbnb, where he was engineering lead for design systems and led internal research into code generation, including a platform that generated and published production web applications directly from Figma files — an early version of the machine-does-the-work thinking now at the center of Authentive. Before Airbnb he spent nearly four years at Microsoft, where he was tech lead for education experiences in Microsoft Teams.
