Melanie Bivens

Melanie Bivens is an Account Executive at Verse, where she's been part of the team since February 2020. An attorney by training who has built and run several of her own businesses, she brings an unusual combination of legal precision and entrepreneurial instinct to her client work.

Her experience covers every phase of the sales and business development process, from early-stage startups to well-established institutions. In 2019 she moved into AI technology and became one of the early adopters of pairing AI with SMS to strengthen both the sales journey and the customer experience.

What drives her is helping clients build a truly holistic approach to customer engagement. She has partnered with some of the country's top national lending institutions and insurance CMOs, and she has a real affinity for helping digital agencies sharpen the engagement strategies that make their own clients more successful.
