Mike Romano

Mike Romano is a mortgage technology executive and thought leader with more than two decades of experience helping financial institutions modernize lending through technology and innovation. As Senior Director of Sales at JazzX, he partners with banks, independent mortgage lenders, and credit unions to apply Enterprise AGI to the mortgage lifecycle, enabling faster loan decisions, lower operating costs, and improved borrower experiences. Before joining JazzX, Mike co-founded two Y Combinator-backed mortgage fintech companies, and held leadership roles at Wells Fargo, PwC, KPMG, and Evolve Mortgage Services. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing sales organizations, advised many of the nation's largest lenders, and helped scale businesses from startup through significant revenue growth. Mike holds both his bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
