For the past seven years, he has worked within First American's title report production division, focusing on streamlining report creation by making the process faster, easier, and less prone to errors.
Today, he serves as Operations Director at ACI, where he continues to help drive innovation in appraisal software by enhancing operational efficiency and delivering solutions that empower appraisers to work more effectively.
