Terri has spent her career in the mortgage industry applying technology across different business models and use cases to enable lenders to grow profitably.
Prior to Cotality, Terri was a mortgage industry advisory for emerging FinTech and PropTech companies to help them shape and execute their GTM strategies inside the complex mortgage ecosystem. From 2017 to 2021, she served as a vice president at ICE Mortgage Technology (PKA Ellie Mae, Inc), where she led diverse teams to achieve revenue goals and to nurture customer relationships. Like many mortgage professionals, Terri got her start in mortgage by happenstance, early in her career. The contractor she was working for decided to become a mortgage broker and threw Terri in the deep end to figure it out. She’s never looked back.
Terri resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Kevin, and enjoys wine tasting, live music venues, and exploring all the diversity that the Bay Area offers. She also serves on the Board for the Women of ALICE, a 501c3 organization that champions women in the mortgage finance industry and has been a champion of several industry advocacy efforts.

Ernie Graham is CEO and Co-Founder of Homebot, which he started in 2015 with a simple but powerful idea: instead of making people feel rich, help them actually become rich through smarter home finance decisions.
Ernie’s entrepreneurial journey is nothing short of remarkable. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. What sets Ernie’s career apart is his divergence from familial roots in engineering to enter the fiercely competitive domain of sales in Silicon Valley. In 2010, he founded Social BIOS, where he served as Chairman, and in 2015, he co-founded Homebot, which was sold to private equity firm Alpine Partners in 2021. Through these experiences, Ernie solidified his standing as a major influencer in the real estate fintech sector.
Fair warning: he’s got strong opinions about market opportunities and isn’t shy about sharing them.
