She is a thought leader and frequent speaker on managing digital mortgage transformation, sharing her passion about empowering the mortgage industry towards the future of lending.

Leah has been honored with numerous industry awards, including Mortgage Professional America’s 50 Elite Women in Mortgage, Mortgage Professional Association’s Elite Women Award, National Mortgage Professional’s 40 Under 40 Influential Mortgage Professionals, Progress in Lending Association’s NextGen Leader Award, Progress in Lending’s Trailblazer Award, and the HousingWire Rising Star Award.

Prior to DocMagic, she held sales executive and director of marketing positions in the mortgage technology industry. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Hunter Stair is an experienced product management leader who’s driven innovation and led high-performing teams across the financial services and mortgage servicing industries for over two decades. He currently oversees several products within the Sagent Default suite, delivering strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and a deep commitment to customer-centric solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from George Washington University

Jennifer is responsible for Sagent’s Dara Consumer product which is an online self-serve platform for homeowners.

Jennifer has been in the mortgage industry for almost 3 decades. She is a results-oriented product leader passionate about helping customers solve challenging problems through technology with 9 years of product management experience, specializing in mortgage servicing and mortgage originations. Her experience in product management, project management and working in the mortgage industry has helped paved the way for her success as a product leader.

Jennifer’s accomplishments include a design patent awarded in 2016. She was also recognized as Mortgage Women Magazine, Women of Tech in 2023.

Lyndsay Magre is an experienced marketing leader with over two decades of success building brands, driving demand, and leading high-performing teams across SaaS, fintech, and nonprofit sectors. As VP of Marketing at Aduvo, she leads strategy, brand development, and marketing execution for a fast-growing platform that helps loan officers stay in front of their clients—automatically.

Her career includes leadership roles at Peoples Mortgage Company, Infusionsoft, and several prominent nonprofit organizations, where she developed and executed marketing programs that increased visibility, engagement, and results. Known for her creative thinking, collaborative style, and ability to turn big ideas into scalable campaigns, Lyndsay brings a balance of strategy and hands-on execution to every project.

Zach is the Head of Product of Truework. He earned his BS in Computer Science at UC Davis in 2014. He’s worked on both Engineering and Product teams in the financial technology space over the last decade and has worked at Patreon, Airbnb, and now Truework. He’s passionate about building products that delight his customers and finding novel ways to meet their product needs.

John Findlay is the CEO and co-founder of LemonadeLXP, a learning and knowledge platform built exclusively for financial institutions. With a background in experience design and game-based learning, John has spent over 20 years helping organizations drive digital adoption, boost performance, and empower customers through engaging, effective learning. He’s passionate about creating experiences that don’t just check the box—but actually change behavior.

Damien Swendsen leads the Revenue team at Verse, and has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management. He has helped run Sales in small, midsize, and enterprise companies. Prior to Verse, Damien worked at Demandbase, where he was responsible for all aspects of their Data and Sales Intelligence lines of business, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product.
Before then, he oversaw the successful acquisition of InsideView, where he led Sales and grew a mid-market organization into a successful Enterprise platform. Prior to that, he sold at Oracle, as well as managed teams at Pivotal and Onyx Software.


Damien was born and raised in San Francisco, and now lives in San Jose with his wife and four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, hiking, and anything athletic or competitive.

Madhu Vudali is a product management leader with extensive experience building, marketing and scaling innovative products and applications leveraging AI/ML, Data Science, and Optimization. Prior to joining Zumigo, he founded a startup applying blockchain and generative AI for personalized engagement. Madhu’s experience at leading companies includes Google, where he led transformational initiatives across Ads, Privacy, and Trust & Safety domains, creating significant revenue impact; Apple, where he made significant contributions to Apple’s Ad Platforms, Customer Privacy, and Data Governance; and Yahoo!, where he led marketplace operations and built the Data Science & Optimization practice to grow its ad business.

Madhu holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Dallas; a master degree in Computer Science from Villanova University; and a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, India.

Josh Friend is a seasoned mortgage industry executive with over 25 years of experience in origination, lending, and technology innovation. As the founder and CEO of Insellerate, Josh has been a driving force in modernizing mortgage operations through automation and AI. His platform, Aithena, is used by leading lenders to operationalize AI across sales, fulfillment, and customer engagement. Josh brings hands-on expertise in deploying agentic AI in real-world lending environments—bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

Chris Olsen is the Head of Sales Engineering at Tidalwave, the Only Agentic AI Mortgage POS+ built to eliminate inefficiencies on both sides of the mortgage transaction. With a deep foundation in technology, lending, and operations, Chris plays a critical role in shaping how Tidalwave delivers value through its AI-first mortgage platform that’s transforming borrower experiences while improving lender efficiency, compliance, and ROI.

At Tidalwave, Chris leads pre-sales engineering and technical discovery—working closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure that Tidalwave’s Agentic AI doesn’t just fit within existing mortgage tech stacks but actively enhances them. His work supports Tidalwave’s broader mission: to bring real-time, accurate borrower guidance, decision-ready data, and intelligent automation to every step of the mortgage process.

Chris brings more than 15 years of experience across fintech, financial services, and enterprise software. Prior to joining Tidalwave, he served as Enterprise Relationship Manager at SimpleNexus, a nCino company, and Vice President of Sales Engineering at OpenClose Loan Origination Software. He also spent four years as a Senior Technical Solution Sales Engineer at Ellie Mae and also co-founded ClosersEdge, a software startup focused on improving the mortgage experience through custom-built solutions. All these experiences give Chris a unique perspective on innovation from both the startup and enterprise sides of the industry.

He remains a respected voice on how purpose-built mortgage technology can reduce operational drag, support compliance, and drive better outcomes for both borrowers and lenders.
