Brandon Olson

Brandon Olson is a mortgage loan officer and the founder of LoNav Solutions, a mortgage technology company building a more connected approach to mortgage management and origination.

Since entering mortgage lending in 2015, Brandon has worked directly with borrowers and real estate professionals while building and managing a growing mortgage team. Like many originators, he invested heavily in technology intended to improve lead conversion, communication, team productivity, and the borrower experience. Instead, he repeatedly encountered disconnected point solutions—each with its own login, its own copy of the borrower record, and its own vendor-approval and compliance burden.

That frustration led Brandon to develop Lo-Net, originally conceived as a video-based borrower connection and prequalification experience. The concept expanded into a lightweight mortgage CRM and ultimately evolved into LoNav Solutions.

LoNav is not simply another CRM or business-development tool. It is a modular Mortgage Management Platform designed to connect the people, processes, communication, and technology of a mortgage transaction on one data spine. Its four modules—TITAN, KLARA, NAVI, and ATLAS—are being developed to support the mortgage organization from borrower engagement, CRM, and application through qualification, disclosures, processing, underwriting, and closing. Each module can operate independently or as part of the complete platform.

Two principles guide the product: compliance is the frame, not an add-on, and AI drafts while humans decide. LoNav's AI-assisted workflows are designed to remain transparent, reviewable, and controlled by mortgage professionals. Brandon brings a practitioner's perspective to mortgage technology, building from firsthand experience originating loans, leading a team, navigating compliance, and working through the technology gaps mortgage professionals face every day.
