Throughout his career, Cheng has helped organizations unlock business value by aligning product strategy, operating processes, data management, and technology. His experience spans digital product development and management, business process improvement, large-scale transformation, DevOps and Agile delivery, cloud architecture, data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise systems integration.

Cheng brings an unusually broad perspective to software product development. His background includes financial-technology SaaS solutions, custom business applications, cloud infrastructure, PostgreSQL and enterprise databases, and full-stack development using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React, Java, and Python. Before expanding deeply into software and digital transformation, he built extensive expertise as a mechanical engineer and product lifecycle management architect across manufacturing, aerospace and defense, medical devices, semiconductors, and other complex engineering environments.

At LoNav Solutions, Cheng helps translate the company's mortgage-industry vision into an executable product and operating strategy. LoNav is a modular Mortgage Management Platform designed to connect borrower engagement, CRM, application, qualification, disclosures, processing, underwriting, and closing workflows on one data spine. Its four modules—TITAN, KLARA, NAVI, and ATLAS—can operate independently or together as a connected platform.
