Paul Dornier is the CEO and co-founder of Alpharun, an AI sales coaching platform that helps mortgage lenders elevate every LO to top tier production. By analyzing every call and text with every borrower against a custom playbook distilled from your top LOs, Alpharun delivers personalized AI coaching to close the production gap between the best and the rest of your team. Previously, Paul co-founded Meetingbird, a Y Combinator-backed scheduling platform acquired by Front, where he spent four years leading the product team. Paul holds a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University and is based in San Francisco.
